When you look back and think, "Dang, the last 2 weeks that I didn't lose anything I could have lost 6 pounds and been THAT much closer to my end result!". I wasn't able to maintain and my eating habits hit me all at once when I looked in the mirror one day. WE can do this and we can achieve our dreams of being fit!! I haven't lost anything in 2 months. While I still workout everyday, I am not hitting it as hard as I was. My eating hasn't been real great either. I am thrilled that I have been able to maintain, but a little annoyed with myself that I have lost so much time I could have used getting off those last 17lbs.
