If you are plus size, 15-20 pounds will be a pants size. If you are a 12 or under, 10 pounds will be a pants size.<br /><br />I have lost 30 pounds and some days the only place I notice it is in my face. Some days my body feels the same.<br /><br />Don't be discouraged...keep working.
