Well... here we are again... Anyone that struggles with their weight and body acceptance knows that the start and stop and quitting and beginning processes isn't a new thing. I for one, have been doing it since I was a little girl. I am not giving up though, and my journey is not about just looking good, because I ALWAYS look good, but rather a journey of being healthy, comfortable in my own skin, and loving myself throughout the process. So now I am 24, and I am a grad school student getting my teaching credential. I graduated with my Bachelor's last summer and am looking forward to becoming a teacher! After re-reading the prior about me's I need to make it clear that I have gained even more weigh than I had in the past and I am struggling worse than I have, but more on that in my 2016 first post ;).
2013 About Me:
My name is Kristine and I am currently 21 trying AGAIN to get fit an healthy. Last year when I started this blog, I dropped 38 pounds and looked AMAZING (see progress pics). Since my 21st birthday and the ending of a major relationship I was able to put it all back on :( . Here I am doing it again, but this time I am incorporating life into getting healthy. Thanks for following my trials and tribulations on this crazy journey through trying to be healthy and fit. I would say that I am definitely losing it in more ways than 1 ;)!
2011 About me:
My name is Kristine and I am 20 year old girl that is trying to finally get fit and healthy. I have struggled with my weight for as long as I can remember. I was always bigger than my friends when I was younger and even so today. Even though i remained active by playing water polo all throughout high school, I gained more and more weight. My senior year of high school I lost 25 lbs doing Weight Watchers and I loved it. It felt so good to be thin and wear clothes I wanted. I have since returned to my starting weight of 200lbs and I am on a mission to change my life. This blog is a way for me to connect with other people that are either going for a similar lifestyle or just enjoy reading my antics. Either way, everyone is welcome.
