I know, I know I've said it before, I want to live fit. But it's day 3 of living fit and i STILL haven't deviated or lost motivation... and that is a big freaking deal. Usually, I go over the plan I want to start while munching on a burger and fries or a high calorie Starbucks. So that fact that I didn't screw this up before I started is really cool, let alone the fact that even on day 3I haven't gone over calories and have gone to the gym everyday. So this is it!
